Ryan Kircher Racing

Ryan Kircher, a 25-year-old emerging talent in motorsports, is based in Thousand Oaks, California. With a strong foundation in sim racing, Ryan has been an avid competitor for several years and began transitioning to on-track racing in 2023. In the virtual realm, he holds an impressive 4,000 iRating and competes with two professional sim racing teams, Vesta Sport and Square Motorsports. On the track, Ryan showcases his skills in the Gridlife Rush SR spec series, as well as SVRA, SCCA, and NASA events.

In 2024, Ryan expanded his expertise by launching a sim coaching program, where he has successfully enhanced the performance of numerous teammates. His coaching extends beyond virtual racing, as he leverages sim technology to prepare drivers for real-world racing endeavors. Under his guidance, several drivers have achieved top-five finishes and podium results in highly competitive fields of over 30 participants, significantly improving from prior results.

Ryan is a firm advocate for the critical role of simulators in both online racing and event preparation. He emphasizes that practicing proper techniques, focusing on key performance elements, and strengthening the mind-muscle connection through simulation training are essential for drivers to gain a competitive edge from the very first lap.
