We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of receiving your item. Please note that our refund policy does NOT cover return shipping costs. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to any open box items returned to the VR Garage warehouse.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for selecting your preferred carrier, preparing the items for shipment, and handing them off to your chosen carrier. Please note that we will not accept items sent back to us without a prior return request.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, custom products such as Turnkeys and personalized simulator builds cannot be returned or refunded. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@vrgarage.com.
Cancellations
Due to the nature of the transaction price and the credit card processing fees incurred, there will be a 5% fee on all items canceled before shipped. This includes cancellations on pre-ordered items.

Security Deposits
Security deposits are non-refundable. If your simulator build requires a security deposit you will be notified before purchase. Security deposits are only asked for on high-transaction custom builds and turnkeys. **Security deposits will not be asked for on any simulator build that is listed as "In Stock".
